The HNL-5245 MC/Y CNC turning centers with straight Y-axis adopt an overall layout structure with 30° inclined bed and roller guideways. They feature high speed, high efficiency,high precision, and high reliability. They can complete various processing cycles such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping with one setup, and are particularly suitable for high-eficiency and precise processing of complex disc-shaped parts and shaft parts. They are widely used in the processing of parts in industries such as 3C, automotive manufacturing, and mold manufacturing.

● The overall structure has been optimized and designed to be compact, with a larger working space, smaller interference and higher cutting speed.

● Made of high-performance cast iron, the main parts have undergone two thermal aging processes, and have excellent static, dynamic and thermal stiffness.

● The guide rail at the front end of the bed is arranged at 30 degrees, which ensures smooth chip removal and makes it easy to form an automated production line.

● Y-axis: It can perform composite processing such as drilling, milling, tapping, etc. on the end face or side face, and can realize the processing concept of one-time clamping and all completion.

● CNC system: Standard configuration: FANUC 0i TF (3B). Optional configurations: New era, Siemens, Huazhong CNC.
