Parameters

● The castings are cast using resin sand technology. Beautiful appearance and small casting deformation. All castings undergo secondary aging treatment. Thermal deformation is small.

● The floor-standing integrated bed adopts a large tilt rear chip discharge method. The guide rail width is 755mm, and its stability is superior to similar products.

● The bed guide rail adopts ultrasonic quenching, with a hardness of HRC55 and a thickness of more than 3mm, with extremely high accuracy retention.

● The important mechanical parts of the machine tool have been strengthened and have good rigidity.

● The use of enlarged and thickened large carriage and medium carriage makes the machine tool more rigid and the cutting more stable and powerful.

● It adopts a high-rigidity spindle system with three-point support and four bearings.

● The machine tool adopts automatic four-speed frequency conversion, and the main motor adopts a four-stage 30KW frequency conversion spindle special motor with large output torque at low speed.

● The tailstock adopts a strong locking mechanism of two pressure plates, and a fixed pin is installed at the bottom for easy positioning; a rack is installed on the back of the bed, and the moving tailstock is driven by the rack and rack to make it lighter and more labor-saving.
